Who we are

Vespera AS (org. no. 923 869 506) and the Belgian operating company are joint controllers for this platform.

What we store

• The Sleep Blueprint answers, anonymous until you reserve. Answers about stiffness and pressure are health data and are encrypted.
• Your body profile: derived numbers only (widths, ratios, landmark positions). Your photos never leave your phone. They are processed on your device and are never transmitted.
• Your name, contact details, order, delivery and fine-tuning.
• If you choose to connect Oura or WHOOP: daily sleep metrics for the measurement window, stored encrypted in the EU, with separate, explicit consent. One click revokes and deletes them.

Cookies

The configurator uses no cookies. Your build code carries the state. We only set strictly necessary cookies when you log in, use the cart, or choose a market.

How long

Daily sleep data is kept for the measurement window plus 60 days, then deleted; the report keeps totals only. Anonymous Blueprints are deleted after 180 days.

Your rights

You can download or delete your data from your account at any time, or write to privacy@vespera-sleep.com. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or Datatilsynet in Norway.
