Fixed price

One price list for everyone, in local currency, VAT included. We never discount.

Reservation and call

A reservation is free. Within 24 hours a Vespera configurator calls you to confirm every zone, the size, base and frame. Nothing is cut before you confirm.

Production and delivery

Six to eight weeks, handmade in Belgium. Free standard delivery in the EU; white-glove delivery is available. Norway is delivered by Vespera AS.

Fine-tuning and returns

Each system is built for one body, so systems are not taken back. One fine-tuning is included within 90 days, after at least four weeks. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Warranty

Fifteen years full warranty. Every zone is replaceable.

Final terms per entity are supplied by Vespera's legal counsel.
